I'm so sorry for all your losses. You say you've had all the tests but immune tests. I'm not t doctor, but your history looks like it could indicated immune-mediated recurrent miscarriage. I stongly urge you to get these tests done before trying again.

Dr. Coulam on the immune board can do these tests and review your records, or can refer you to someone closer who can.

I was tested by Dr. Beer (now deceased) and after 5 losses just as you describe your's, was found to have high NK cells and activity. I was treated with IVIG, progesterone, aspirin, heparin and was successful. All in all, I lost 8 untreated pregnancies, and was successful once with IVIG and twice with just heparin, aspirin and progesterone (and IVF - FET).
It's been a while, and I think IVIG has been replaced with Enbrel andother, easier to tolerate drugs. It was $$$ but my insurance covered the IVIG cost. I live in Alaska and did much of this from afar, so it can be done (testing and treatment) if your reprodictive immunologist can coordinate through a local doctor.

Please e-mail or post if I can answer any more ?'s and I wish you the very best -

Sue
