No bleeding after chemical pregnancy?

Hello All,
I had my first beta of 20 which went up to 45 and was all fine till 2 days back when I started spotting and my beta went down.I guess it was chemical pregnancy.

But my confusion is that even though after stopping all meds ( progestrone & estrace) I have not started any heavy bleeding yet?? and this had happened 4 years back also when I had my first chemical pregnancy that I did not have any bleeding at all?

Any thoughts or answers will be greatly appreciated.
