I'm very sorry for your loss. Even though no one else knew you were pregnant, you were and you need to grieve that loss.
It is completely normal to go through the hormonal changes. On top of that, you are dealing with the loss and that can compound your grief.
Take care of yourself. There's another board that's more active, the grief and loss board. If you need to talk, you should post there.
