an ultrasound then may be more conclusive, or you may begin spotting/bleeding, which would also give answers.
In regard to you question of possibilities...YES the odds are you WILL have a viable pregnancy. If this does turn out to be another miscarriage - get thee to a specialist who can do some serious tracking and monitoring during those very early stages of the pregnancy.
