Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that. I would hold off on the tubal, my sister did it and it had some affects on her in a negative way.
Have you tried IVF with PGD? This may be our next route - my Dr. said that it's a good way to take a look at each embryo.
I'm sorry that you've gon through this so many times.
