Need some immediate support, please . . .

I have been spotting brown/red for this entire pregnancy. I should be 7 weeks today. We had an ultrasound on Monday that showed a heartbeat and appropriate growth. Yesterday (Thursday), there was no heartbeat and no growth from the ultrasound on MOnday. At first, I wanted to try to miscarry naturally. I passed something that was globby and flesh colored last night, but I haven't been bleeding since. I don't think I can handle waiting this out emotionally. I just want this to be over and I want some closure. Would you go ahead and schedule the D & C if you were me? What should I expcect if we do it? I am waiting for my OB to call me back and if there is availability today, I am wondering if I should just go ahead and take it.
