Is a D&C the same as a D&E? m/c, ds ment, etc.!

Age 39-41 6 early m/c I think 4 with D&C, Had immune issues, LPD, Fibroids and age factors! myomectomy and then no pg after 9 fertitlity cycles incl. meds and IUIs and finally age 43 IVF and delivered healthy ds day after 44th birthday. He is a bright 5 year old with no medical problems. If your hystero shows no scarring all should be well. Why did you loose 5 in the 2nd trimester? Do you know why?
