In my infertility chapter of my life I endured 6 m/c's and yes it takes a toll on your marriage. I believe infertility takes a toll on your marriage too. My dh was a little different in that he let me grieve for as long as I needed. I even went to counselling to help me work through the m/c's. I did feel in a very lonely place for a very long time. Will he consider going to counselling? I think that would help. I'm sorry you are having to go through this.
