Having Password Issues-- Please Read

We made an upgrade to the security software earlier today which has resulted in people's password becoming case sensitive. If you are having trouble logging on, please be sure you are entering it with the correct case.
If you still have issues then please email alert@inciid as your password will need to be reset. We will get back with you as soon as we can.
