Mind-Body medicine is about developing awareness for the ways in which we think, feel and act in the world. It isn't about controlling destiny or even the guarantee of a child. Instead, it is about being able to be in and deal with the circumstances of your life with strength, confidence, honesty, insight, and above all hope. It is entirely possible to be part of the life's drama, treatment decisions et. al. but still remain "master of your own domain".
