Dr...Have question about mthfr (prev preg ment)

When I had my son in 2003 I took baby aspirin, B complex, prenatal, 5 mg folic acid and lovenox for the entire pregnancy. If I became pregnant now or in the near future,I was told that I would only need to take the lovenox for the first trimester. Is that the treatment for mthfr now? I was dx homozygous and not sure if that makes a difference. Thanks!
