placenta previa at 16ws3d? (twin pg ment)

I'm 16w3d pg with twins and I had an ultrasound today that showed baby A with placenta previa. The doctor didn't seem too concerned because he said it's early and the baby could move (I was cautioned to take it easy though). Does this sound about right? At what point should I become concerned. Is there anything I can do?
