Is Pelvic rest required for a 7cm Subchorionic Hematoma

Hi. I am 12 weeks pregnant. I had one episode of moderate bleeding at 9 weeks. I have a 7 centimeter Subchorionic hematoma. I was told mild exercise and sex are fine as long as I am not bleeding, but I have read that a lot of women are on pelvic rest for the same condition. The hematoma is left posterior while the placenta is anterior. Should I be considered higer risk or at least monitored until the condition resolves itself? Thanks.
