Hi. Sorry to hear you have a SH. My OB found one at 8w, it was very small (2cm) but he put me on full bed rest for 3 days and modified activity, no sex, no exercise at all, no lifting, etc for 11 more days. At the end of the 2 weeks I went back and it was gone. Don't know if it was the rest that helped or it just went away on it's own. Good luck! Cynthia
