help to prevent PROM?? I have had two premature children... ds (16 yrs. old) born 31 weeks and dd (6yrs. old) born 35 weeks.. thank goodness they were both born healthy with no breathing assistants.

My obgyn & perionatologist both feel that my PROM is caused by my SEVERE periodontal disease...but if I were to get preg. again wouldn't it make sense for me to take a antibotic during my pregnancy since periodontal disease is a bacterial infection??

Any advice and/or input you have to give would be soooo appreciated it!!!
