Question about Lovenox injection

I am currently 6.5 weeks pregnangied after IVF treatment. I am on 40mg 1x day Lovenox due to slight elevated APA and 4G/4G genotype and previous four early miscarriages. We have seem the heartbeat at 6 week 3 days ago. Questions:
(1) The heartrate at week 6 is 94, is it too low or OK?
Sono Tech said it is ok.
(2) Is 40 mg lovenox once a day enough? (my body weight is 120 LB) Do I need to be monitorred when I am on lovenox?
(3) At age 40, what is my chance to success after seeing heartbeat this week?
