Ativan and newly pg??

My OB gave me an Rx today for Ativan to be taken for a flight on Sunday. I am currently ttc, on my second month of Femara (this month at 7.5mg), and 9dpo. Obviously I could be pg, but may not know by Sunday. He thought it was ok to take since it's only one pill for the trip, but I wanted a second opinion. I know it is a category D drug and I know that these things do the most damage in the first trimester. Would you allow one of your patients to take a 1 or 2 mg pill at this stage? Is the danger of the drug from a single exposure or long-term or sustained use? Thanks so much!
