Dr., question about transverse baby B.

Hi,
I'm 34 wks w/twins and A is vertex, B is transverse. Am not going to do breech extraction b/c B is bigger. Just wondering, in your experience, roughly what percentage of transverse Baby B's turn vertex once A is delivered vaginally. Trying to decide whether to just go for c/s or to risk having A vaginally and B by c/s if he doesn't turn vertex.
