Level II U/S: OB or Peri? for anyone and dr.- pls help

Hi everyone-
I am not considered high risk, although I will be 34.5 at delivery. Other than that, so far things are fine. Singleton pregnancy, Quad Screen negative (Downs ratio 1:690, others 1:10000) My OB's office does 20 week u/s but I am wondering if I should go to a Maternal/Fetal specialist. It would be self-pay which is fine with me, but i want to make sure it's worth it. I just want peace of mind, and I WOULD opt for amnio if it shows anything troublesome so I thought it would be better to be "in" with someone already. Thoughts?
