I have had hbp for years and take methyldopa (also called Aldomet) which is safe for pg. My pressure was good thru 20 wks with twins when I lost my boys to an unrelated, undiagnosed clotting disorder.
I can't imagine that they have taken you off your meds. Talk to your dr. asap. There are pg save pressure meds out there. It's not OK for you or your baby for your pressure to rise.
