17P is not indicated for preterm ctxs (for PTD prevention in women with h/o multiple preterm deliveries)
Calcium channel blockers, terbutaline are the main tocolytics used- they may help you ctx less, although neither will prolong pregnancy (eg prevent an early birth that is destined to happen)
