Cramping Lots

Hello all. I am new here and about 4 weeks pg via IVF. There's a chance it might be twins or triplets(though I dout it) but I've been cramping LOTS lately. Not enough to require pain meds and no bleeding but in my uterine area and sometimes they feel like pulling muscles, others are just sharp cramps. Are these normal cramps? I'm afraid to call my dr because the nurse was quite rude with me yesterday for calling and asking so many questions.
