Desperately need advice on soft markers in ultrasound (m)

Hi,
I had ultrasound with 2 soft markers- choroid plexis cysts and short humerus bones. Despite the fact my NT scan was excellent and AFP good, they are recommending amnio. Anyone else have 2 soft markers and be ok? TX! Lea
