Question regarding "Leaking" when coughing.. *m, DS ment*

Ok, please let me know if I should be worried or call my ob.
I have a cold.. and it's moving into my chest. So been coughing alot.
Well, it seems that most time I cough now... I "leak". If you knwo what I mean. How do I know if it's urine or fluid? It doesn't seem to have any specific odor. (Sorry) but I do have a cold and NOT going to make DH try! ha ha
I did have a fall about 3 weeks ago in the bathroom and ALOT of fluid came out. I was soaked and freaked. Called Hospital hystircal.. and they told me it's probably just urine then and to put a pad on to see if any blood or spooting.. or if more came after the fall. Also if any cramps to come in. I didn't notice anything after the fall then.
But I do seem more "wet" lately and did mention that to my OB last appt. (The 4th) She didn't seem concerned and just wanted to make sure no itiching or anything with it. (Which there isnt)
But I'm not sure if I should make another call now that I "leak" with almost every cough... even if just emptied my bladder. My placenta is down low over my cervix this time so not sure if that would cause me to leak more.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Dh teases me and just said i could borrow ds's diapers. *sigh*
