I was tested immediately and was not immune, then tested again in a few weeks and I had not been exposed (I think in order to see if you were exposed now, you need to have blood drawn in a few weeks).

From what I remember, the chances of contracting it *and* it affecting the baby are small, but I am sure the Dr. could give you a better answer to that.
