sub chorionic hematoma x2

I am now 19.3 weeks pregnant. At 12 weeks after 2 days of significant bleeding I was told I had a CH, and to take it easy and it should resolve itself. Every 7 or so days I would have a bleeding episode enough to fill an overnight pad. Then at 18 weeks I had another severe bleeding episode, (two pads before arriving to the maternity ward, and then 2 of the bed bads that they place under you usually during delivery to catch the amniotic fluid). The U/S said that I now have 2 CH's and my dr. has put me on complete bedrest. I am seeing a GenP w/ an OB-GYN consulting. Should I see a specialist at this point, I am now bleeding in short periods "but large quantity" and constant spotting 3-4 times a week. What is the chance that I am going to lose my son? Is there anything more that can be done? I am extremely distraught and feel like I can't get a straight answer to understand what all of this really means for my baby boy. Any advice would really help. Thank you in advance for your time.
