pinworm (pg, child ment)

Hi,

I am a member of the Due in November board. Currently 22w3d along with a miracle baby girl. I am supposed to go and visit my boyfriend and his daughter this weekend, but she has pinworm. Is this something that can be passed on to my baby? Should I cancel the trip or are there any precautions I can take while I am there? Is it dangerous if she gets it?
