I would not place any bets on it moving now. It can be dangerous, I would think you should be careful, no heavy lifting, etc. If you start to bleed, call OB and head for the hospital ASAP. That said, you'll probabbly be fine. I had a triplet pg with complete previa and bled heavily three times, with no real problems except one. I was GBS+ and with the bleeding, that caused huge problems. I would discuss GBS status in terms of previa bleeding with your OB.
And you'll be having a c-sec :)
