A bit odd- perhaps they missed classified the placenta on one of these scans
Many are advised for bedrest although no data to suggests it reduces the likelihood for bleeding (which is what may happen prior to delivery in some cases)
90% placenta previas seen at 18-20 weeks resolve by term
