I am in the same situation. SCH was the diagnosis after the second bleeding episode, the first like you I was told everything was fine and then I did progress into placenta abruptio. When I was at your stage I was told to take it easy, then when my bleeding became chronic I was bedrested. At that point I went to a specialist at the best hospital w/ the best NICU. W/ an early bleed like yours and mine it could lead to PROM which in my case it did. My water broke before 24 weeks and I am currently 28 weeks and we are stable but if I wasn't w/ a specialist I wonder how differently things could be. Take it easy, if it happens again get a perinatalogist. Best of luck.
