Partial Placenta Previa and sch

I am 13 weeks pg with twins conceived via DE/IVF. I was diagnosed yesterday with a partial placenta previa. I also have a moderate size subchorionic hemorrhage. I had a few minor bleeds of red over the weekend. It has since turned brown. I tested positive to MTHFR and PAI-1. I am taking FOLTX. I was taking Baby Aspirin and Lovenox 40mg daily. Both have been stopped Friday. I am on modified bed rest. What are my chances of this PP healing? And, how much rest to you recommend?
