I was diagnosed with marginal previa at the exact same time (13 weeks), after a particularly bad bleed put me in the ER. I was on fairly strict bed rest (showers, bathroom, sitting up in bed versus lying flat) until week 19, when FINALLY the bleeding (which went from heavy and red to scant and brown) stopped. My 20-week u/s showed that the placenta was no longer touching the cervix, and I had no other bleeding episodes for the remainder of the pregnancy (more bed rest from weeks 28 to 37 for PTL, but that's another story!) Over 90% of previas will resolve by 20 weeks. Best of luck to you!
