frequency of ultrasound scans required for diagnosing IUGR
I am 29 years old,11 week pregnant.I had still birth last year because baby developed early symmetric IUGR (before 20 weeks) because of uteroplacental insufficiency and pre eclampsia.Now i had dating scan at 9th week and my obstetritian has planned my next u/s at 20th week.I am really worried as last time baby developed iugr before 20 weeks.Please can somebody tell me how frequent scans should be done and at what timings to detect iugr in such high risk pregnancies.
