1/1000 screens will be positive for both ONTD, DS- your AFP must have been elevated as well
Hopefully, neither problem is found- however, high hCG and AFP associated with higher chance for later preg comps (early delivery, slow growth, fetal demise, preeclampsia)- close f/u is essential
