Monitor for IC after carrying full-term?

Prior to my last pregnancy I had two LEEP procedures and then a Cone Biopsy. Because of that my cervical length was monitored between weeks 16 and 20. There were no major changes.

During L&D, I was not able to dilate beyond 3-4 cm and I had a c-section.

I am currently 17 weeks pregnant. Should I be monitored this pregnancy to check cervical length? The info is in my history, but my OB and I haven't discussed it. I don't see my provider for 3 more weeks. Is this something you would monitor, or assume all is well since everything was fine last time.
