At 14 weeks, placenta moved up a bit. Sch still there 3x5x6 moderate

size and is old thin blood now. I started Lovenox and BA a few days ago. My brown is sometimes gunky with black things in it. Is this normal? How long can I expect this discharge? Also, the baby closer to the cervix, had my blood in his sac. Is this a cause for alarm? Both babies were measuring 15 weeks and had strong hbs.
One more thing, I have been having braxton hicks since I was about 10 weeks. Peri said not to worry. How can I not?
