low beta numbers - is there hope?

I am considered a high-risk pregnancy both due to my age - 37-1/2 - and my thrombosis. I'm on Lovenox once daily, 40mg.
I have had many failed IVF cycles in the past. Now, this cycle seems to have worked. but my first beta at 12dp3dt was only 30. It did double in two days - jumping to 64 at the next beta.
Is there any hope for this pregnancy? I'm very nervous.
