There was a recent study were 17 alphahydroxy progesterone-caproate (hope I got that right)showed significant reduction in premature birth and outcome of the baby in a high risk preg. population. My peri seems to believe that any form of progesterone is useful, but I am on the 17P anyway. It is a compound product and not every pharmacy can make it.
