Not sure what you mean by homo for factor 8- when I hear factor 8, I think of hemophilia, eg Factor VIII deficiency
Your loss was due to Monosomy X, no other explanation needed- Heparin would have made no difference
with this (or the blighted ovum as well- 50% abnl chromosomes)
You are not going to find any studies related to Factor 8 (?) and heparin for pregnancy loss
