yolk sac and growth

hello again, i had ivf, so my dates are right on about how far i should be give or take 5 days on the ultrasound my doc said. so if my baby is growing slow is that a reason for concern.now i am 10 weeks, baby is showing up 8 weeks 4 days, and the sack attached to the wall we just seen,. my doctor just said she is concerned because the enlarged sac and the slowness of growth, and i will see a fetal doctor. could you please give me information on if i have a chance on a healthy baby, and is it normal for embryos to grow slow and still be healthy. nobody i know ever had this problem with an enlarged sac either, except me
