Length of time on heparin/clexane

I was advised by my clinic to stop at 24 weeks. I have no clotting issues and was on heparin for implantation failure. The hospital where I am planning to deliver have advised me to stay on until 36 weeks. The baby is developing fine but I am confused by the contradictory advise.
