Most pregnancies turn out well despite these conditions- combination is a bit unsual- some viral infections can cause short-term liver damage, any chane that this is happening?
If she has an acute Parvo infection, baby will need to be followed closely for 6-8 weeks for evolving anemia
For cholestasis, Actigall may help w/ the itching, delivery after 36-37 weeks best advised to avoid small, but real risk for late term fetal death
