Should I see a peri or an OB

I am about 6 wks pg. I have had two episodes of very mild pink discharge. I have a 6 yr old son who I experienced "threatened" pre eclampsia with.
My bp bordered at 140/90. no protein in urine until about week 38 when Dr daid it really wasn't much to be concerned with but I did deliver.
So with my histiry and my age should I consider/be considered high risk?
