double MTHFR

I was just diagnosed with double MTHFR. I am 7 weeks pregnant with massive bleeding and blood clotting. I just had an ultrasound and the FHR is decreasing everyday. I just started taking the extra folic acid and b12 and b6 and baby aspirin and my doc just gave me lovenex. I also just had a misscarriage in dec from the same cause. Both pregnancies were IVF after trying for over a year. Help. What is causing the bloodclotting and bleeding and what can stop it from happening again. I don't want to do IVF if this is going to keep happening? is there any other blood work i could do to see what is causing this?
