I talked to the Maternal Fetal Meds Dr again. He went ahead and ran the gene based tests without getting off Lovenox. After those results come back, if normal, they'll take me off the Lovenox for 48 hours and run the rest of the tests.
He did say though, that if the thrombophilia tests come back and are positive, that there are only a few of those that they would consider treating with Lovenox. Most they would just leave be, saying it makes no difference in outcome. I find that a bit hard to believe.
