Subchorionic Hemmorhage

My best friend and I are only a week apart with our pregnancys to little girls. She went for a routine ultrasound today and found out that she has a Subchorionic Hemmorhage. She is 19 weeks pregnant. She is terrified that she is going to lose this baby. Is the chance of losing the baby high? or is she and the baby safe?
