Has anyone ever heard of or have experience with developing chicken pox while 37 weeks pregnant? I'm mostly concerned about the outcome of the baby. I am scheduled to have a c-section in 8 days and I have had the chicken pox for 3 days (or at least 3 days worth of symptoms). We can't get straight answer to whether we should continue for the c-section on May 11th or push it back and run the chance that I go into labor on my own.

Any thoughts or suggestions???
