Many people would offer baby aspirin +/- heparin to someone with your history- if the thrombophilia eval is abnl, I think most/all would agree
At the end of the day, there is no clear data proving benefit (not to say that there isn't any)- you and your doc need to do what is right for you, what you are most comfortable with
PS- many of the thrombophilia tests can be performed in pregnancy (need to be aware of hoe pregnancy may affect some of these, eg Protein S)
