First congrats! After all your body has been through you must be so excited. I hope your pregnancy is joyful and smooth.

I had a preventive cerclage placed at 13 weeks because of the LEEPs and Cones left me with little (but some) cervix and I was not willing to risk anything with this baby. (I delivered a healthy baby after my 1st LEEP and a second baby after my 1st Cone - had another LEEP & Cone after my 2nd delivery).

Please consult a high risk or maternal fetal physician for monitoring. The doctor on this board said exactly what mine is doing - I have internal u/s every other week to watch the length and funneling. It has gone from a 1.5 length to 5 now back down to a 4. I do not regret having a cerclage placed but each case is so different.
