I am unaware of any such trials- if your previous child was not clinically ill, I would be optimistic for you
I would advise you to be followed using blood flow studies of the brain as opposed to amniocentesis- experience suggests that the U/S approach is effective and may actually reduce the chances of the fetus getting severe anemia
